This 12-page annual report for Rural Ulster Preservation Company (RUPCO), a not-for-profit housing and community development agency was created by CRSR Designs in 2005. To date, CRSR has produced 6 annual reports for the agency through 2012. This report showcases custom photographs by J. Gerard Smith Photography, featuring senior citizens living at Park Heights in Rosendale, NY, one of the agency’s attractive senior communities. The photos picture the residents in the settings of the property, to convey the the warm and welcoming community that has been created for these residents.

The report also uses existing agency photos, featuring the faces of the diverse community which it serves. The report includes clear, concise financials as a typical standard of all annual reports.
