RUPCO’s website was redesigned and upgraded from an outdated interface to a new, more attractive and effective user interface for clients and constituents to use. The new site was programmed in WordPress to allow for easy client-managed and updates. The need to highlight ever-changing events and announcements was a priority of the new design, as well as the need to add a client-focused user interface. By adding a “Please help me… list of various options for potential clients to choose from, in terms that they easily can understand, their constituents can navigate directly to the necessary services with less knowledge of program hierarchy of the agency.
